Accessibility Statement

Caring for our community is at the heart of everything we do, from our showrooms to our website. We want everyone to be able to use this site, regardless of ability or technology.

Our standard

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes:

• A "Skip to main content" link, clear headings and landmarks for screen readers.
• A menu, questions and buttons that work fully with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and button colors that meet contrast requirements, and text that resizes and reflows to 400% zoom.
• Descriptive text for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
• No auto-playing carousels or video, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.
• Support for Windows high-contrast (forced colors) mode.

Every page is tested with automated tools (axe-core) and by keyboard. We don't use accessibility "overlay" widgets; accessibility is built into the site itself.

Third-party content

Our message forms are provided by Jotform and some product links lead to our online store, Sleep Center Direct, on Shopify. We choose providers that support accessibility, but we don't fully control their content.

In our showrooms

If you need assistance in either showroom, just let us know. Our team is happy to bring products to you, help you on and off beds, read product information aloud, or arrange a quieter time to visit.
